Initial Phone Call
We offer a Free 15-minute 'Get to Know You' call to discuss your nutrition concerns. This is also how we will Book your Initial Assessment. It is a great opportunity to express your Nutrition Concern and get to know us and see how we can assist you!
Step 2
Initial Assessment
In-Person Initial Assessments are 60-90 minutes and consist of completing a thorough history with the RD to determine priority concerns and intervention plans.

Step 3
Follow-up Appointments
Follow-up visits are 45-60 minutes. These appointments consist of hands-on feeding
therapy techniques and goal monitoring.

Initial Call
We offer a free 15-minute 'Get to Know You' call to discuss your nutrition concerns and Book your Initial Assessment. This is a great opportunity to get to know us and see how we can assist you!
Initial Assesment
In-Person Initial Assessment are 60-90 minute and focus on understanding patient history through interview style discussions. You will be asked to sign a consent form at this time. Sessions are $125 incl. GST.
Follow-up Appointment
Follow-up visits are 45-60 minutes and $100 incl. GST. The number of follow-up visits will be discussed as part of your recommended individual treatment plan.
Location
153 Rockridge Drive, Unit 103, in Blumenort, MB.
Parking is available in front of the building.
Arrival
Make yourself comfortable in our waiting room; your Pediatric Dietitian will meet you for your appointment.
Payment
Accepted Forms of Payment | Cash | Etransfer | Credit or Debit*
* We use Square for our card transactions - Debit Fee is an additional $2 and Credit Card Fee is $3.50.
Insurance
Pediatric Registered Dietitian Services are covered by most insurance plans. Please check with your provider. We do not provide Direct Billing Services.
Cancellation
Please provide 24 hrs notice for any cancelations. There will be a 50% charge for failing to make an appointment.
Medical
Please provide any medically relevant documents such as growth charts and biochemical results.
Minors
Minors are to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
